The figure below is an example of water quality parameters at the Guadalcanal Restoration site. The grey bars denote periods when the instrument was exposed during low tides. Note the turbidity spikes (light green line) as the tide (dark blue line) returns to cover the exposed sediments. Data from the Nisqually Delta Restoration will be added after the restoration and updated quarterly.

Water quality samples will be measured quarterly at established locations within channels. Temperature, pH, salinity, and dissolved oxygen will be collected with water quality meters (Hydrolab Datasonde or YSI 85 Multiprobe). Descriptive analyses will be used to characterize water quality spatial and temporal differences.
